MANCHESTER, NH (February 13, 2023) — St. Mary’s Bank is pleased to welcome new hire Kelsea Batchelder as community and employee engagement specialist. In this role, Batchelder will lead and develop external and internal engagement programs and activities with key community groups and credit union employees, respectively. She will also support the employee volunteer program, charitable giving, donation, and sponsorship requests as well as plan, coordinate, and deliver financial literacy programs.

“With a diverse background in fundraising, business, marketing, and communications, Kelsea is a wonderful addition to our team,” said Pam Roy, chief people officer. “Meaningful engagement with external stakeholders and employees is critically important to our various community-based initiatives.”

Batchelder ‘s previous professional experience includes employment at The Granite YMCA, Pelham School District, The Nature Conservancy, University of New Hampshire, and Mel’s Funway Park. She holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire.
